Making homemade lutenica is a custom far more important than providing something to spread on the slice in the morning. We have preserved that feeling with which you first tried homemade lutenica by the fire. We produce our Homemade Lutenica only in one month of the year. To the roasted Bulgarian red peppers and eggplants, we add freshly ground well-ripened Bulgarian tomatoes, as well as typical natural spices. We thicken all this on a slow fire, add onion, sunflower oil and a little salt. Then we fill and seal it in glass jars of different sizes according to your individual needs.
