FETUCCINI WITH LYUTENITSA BULCONS PARVOMAI

Weird as it sounds, this is a recipe of a real fine taste. Even Italians make it with our lyutenitsa.

Necessary Products

  • 500 gr. fetuccini
  • 1 jar of coarsely chopped rustic style lyutenitsa Bulcons Parvomai
  • 200 gr. ham
  • 4-5 spring onions
  • 200 ml. white dry or semi-dry wine
  • 100 ml. cooking cream
  • 200 gr. yellow cheese
  • olive oil
  • oregano

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Cook the fetuccini as instructed and drench the water. Fry the ham and spring onion in the olive oil until golden brown. Add the wine and when all starts simmering add the coarsely chopped rustic style lytenitsa, the cream and the oregano (if the mixture is too thick you can add some water but keep in mind that you want a paste-like mixture).
When the paste is ready mix it with the cooked fetuccini, put the meal in a pan with some grated yellow cheese on top and bake until golden brown.
