EGGS IN A PAN WITH TOMATO PUSH

- fresh parsley
- 1/2 pinch of black pepper

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Heat the oil/olive oil in a pan and add the chopped tomato, tomato puree and sugar. As soon as the liquid from the tomatoes boils, beat the fresh eggs and reduce the heat on the stove.
Add the spices - salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
