HEALTHY WINTER PIZZA

You can also call it lazy pizza but is certainly healthier than the frozen ones cooked in the microwave oven. Many think it is tastier than the regular one so why don’t you give it a try.
Necessary Products
- 1 wholegrain bread (sliced will be more convenient and the slices should be square or rectangular in shape)
- 1 jar of Bulcons Parvomai tomato paste with basil
- 4-5 tsp of Bulcons Parvomai lyutenitsa
- Bulcons Parvomai ketchup
- 400 gr. canned tuna in natural sauce
- a few olives
- 2-3 pickled gherkins Bulcons Parvomai
- 2-3 peeled roasted peppers Bulcons Parvomai
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 300 gr. yellow cheese or mozzarella (or another cheese to your taste)
- salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Bake in the oven at 180 C (do not turn the oven at high heat as the products for the pizza are not cooked yet). In the meantime cut the gherkins, olives and peppers into slices and strips. Put them on top of the pizza, add the tuna, the eggs and some lyutenitsa.
Put the pizza in the oven for 5 minutes. Take out the pan and put on top the yellow cheese or the cheese you have chosen. Let it melt in the oven. Have it hot with Bulcons Parvomai ketchup.
You may substitute the tuna with any sausage of your choice, the same goes for the rest of the ingredients. Just use your imagination.
