Ajvar is known as Serbian salad or as Macedonian vegetable caviar and is a typical dish of these regions. It is a coarsely ground vegetable mixture of roasted red pepper and roasted eggplant, combined with aromatic spices. The presence of natural spices and fresh vegetables give the unique taste. Therefore, we do not add emulsifiers, artificial flavorings, flavors and preservatives. We offer it in a convenient cut of 0.500 kg.
