Description

 „EGGPLANT“ EGGPLANT IN SPICY SAUCE. In addition to ground dry hot peppers, we also added other spices for a different taste. We manually arrange the “fried“ to golden slices of eggplant and other products. Then we cover them with the tomato sauce prepared earlier. Add ground hot pepper, fresh onion, some garlic and cumin.

IMPORTANT: It cannot be denied – the taste of fried food is irreplaceable, but we do this using modern technology, in specialized appliances working with hot air and 80% more – a little fat. The optimal temperature and precise air circulation provide a healthy alternative to frying with oil.
