Description

The ketchup of "Bulcons" is prepared according to our original recipe. We carefully select ripe Bulgarian fresh tomatoes, from which we produce tomato puree for three months of the year. We store the puree in special containers as a single concentrate – this technology preserves its natural color and taste. Cooked over a slow fire, it gathers in itself the magic of freshly prepared tomato puree, seasoned with salt and sugar to taste, with herbs for a great aroma and a few drops of lemon juice. It is supplied in a package of 0.500 kg.
