STATEMENT OF MANAGEMENT
On behalf of the Management, I announce my personal commitment to the certification and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality Management System /SUKBH/ in accordance with the requirements of the IFS, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 standard in BULKONS FIRST EOOD with scope:
"Processing and preservation of fruits and vegetables",
the activity is carried out in the production base in the town of Parvomai.
FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY
BULKONS PRIVOMAY EOOD undertakes to offer on the market products that satisfy customer and regulatory requirements, under the highest control of their safety and quality, with care for the environment.
The food quality and safety policy is an equally invariable part of the entire policy and strategy of BULKONS PRIVOMAY EOOD. The management of the company introduces the policy on quality and food safety as a means of managing and improving the results of the production activity. The policy is based on the basic principles of quality management, namely:
- Customer orientation we depend on our customers and therefore strive to understand their current and future needs, fulfill their requirements and strive to exceed their expectations;

FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY is oriented towards:
making continuous targeted improvements necessary for the company's success;
satisfying regulatory and customer requirements and expectations for quality and safe products;
creating relationships with suppliers and partners leading to improving and increasing the efficiency and benefits of joint activity;
increasing the commitment of BULKONS PRIVOMAY EOOD to society as protection of the environment, health and safety of the population by identifying, assessing and controlling hazards related to the safety of the food products we produce at every stage of production;
Effective maintenance of the principles of the HACCP system for all stages of the processing and sale of our products, namely:
- Hazard analysis;
- Determination of critical points;
- Determination of critical limits;
- Continuous monitoring and control of critical points
The food quality and safety policy of BULKONS PRIVOMAY EOOD requires ethics and compliance with responsibilities and obligations regarding product quality and safety of all officials, at all levels of the organization.
The quality objectives of BULKONS PRIVOMAY EOOD reflect the company's policy of orientation towards customers, society and employees. With the implementation of SUKBH, the management sets the following goals:
maintaining high customer confidence in the loyalty of the organization and in the quality and safety of the products and;
retaining existing customers and markets and entering new ones;
continuous research and meeting the requirements of the market;
increasing the quality and safety of products and labor productivity, as a result of the joint efforts of the entire team, throughout the entire production cycle;
compliance with the relevant legal requirements, with the highest quality and safety control of the product and striving for improvement;
through effective preventive or corrective actions to reduce nonconformities and related costs in the production of our products;
increasing the qualification of the staff;
ensuring and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, the environment, as well as appropriate infrastructure;
providing the necessary resources for the functioning and continuous improvement of the Quality and Safety Management System of products, as well as for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions and environmental protection.
