You may wish to try this starter is the cold season as you may find the mayo a little bit heavy for the hot season. You may have it individually as a starter or as a side to low fat meat. It is very fast to make and serves a nice addition to you menu.

Necessary Products

  • 1 jar of Bulcons peeled peppers
  • 1 jar of mayo
  • some yogurt
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemon juice

Method of preparation

Coarsely cut the peppers in a chopper, add some salt, half of the mayo and the yogurt to best suit your taste (the yogurt gives a light note to the starter but you may put some more mayo if you prefer it that way). Season with some black pepper and lemon juice.
