This starter is good to have in any season and perfectly complements rakiya or anise drinks.

Necessary Products

  • 400 gr. Pickled gherkins Bulcons Parvomai
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr. pitted black olives
  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil or natural sauce
  • 1 clove of red onion
  • the juice of one lemon
  • salt

Method of preparation

Boil the eggs until hard (around 15 minutes) and cut them in fine pieces. Put the corn in a bowl, add the eggs, the Bulcons Parvomai pickled gherkins cut in small cubes, the olives cut in circles, the finely cut onion and the tuna.
