It is not uncommon for kids to refuse to eat their main course and ask for the dessert instead. To win the battle you can offer them a main course disguised as a dessert. Salted pancakes come in handy here.

Necessary Products

  • 150 gr. ham or fillet cut in thin slices
  • processed cheese or spread cheese
  • 1 jar Bulcons Parvomai kids’ lyutenitsa Lyutenichko
  • 150 gr. yellow cheese


How to prepare:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk

Method of preparation

Make the pancake batter and fry the pancakes. On each pancake spread some processed cheese, slice of ham or fillet and some Lyutenitchko on top. Fold the pancakes into rolls, put them in a pan and sprinkle some yellow cheese on top. Bake until the yellow cheese starts to melt. You put in the pancakes some olives or pickled gherkins minding the salt. Lyutenichko is made for kids, does not contain any preservatives and meets the requirements for kids food production but make your kids abstain from taking too much salt with their food.
